Order Cancellation Policy – Om Al-Halawat Store
The customer can cancel the order if it has not been shipped and its status is (Under Review).
When the order is shipped, the customer will receive a text message on the registered mobile number containing the shipping confirmation and tracking number.
If the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If the order status becomes (Executed), meaning a shipping bill has been issued, no modifications or additions to the order are allowed.
⚠️ Important note: If the order status becomes (Executed) — meaning the shipping bill has been printed — and the customer wishes to cancel:
The shipping cost will be deducted (for fully paid orders only).
The amount will be refunded after the shipment returns to Om Al-Halawat Store and the products are verified to be intact and unused.
Order Cancellation Method – Om Al-Halawat Store
If you wish to cancel the order and its status is Under Review (before shipping), please contact Om Al-Halawat Store customer service and provide the following details:
Full name
Order number
Mobile number
Installment Payment Policy – Om Al-Halawat Store
In case of choosing payment via Tamara or Tabeeb:
The order cannot be canceled or refunded in any case, even if the order status is Under Review.
Return and Exchange Policy – Om Al-Halawat Store
In the interest of your safety and product quality,
Returns or exchanges are not allowed for health reasons, to protect public health.
Exceptions only include:
Presence of a manufacturing defect
Or receipt of a product that does not match the order
This is determined by the Om Al-Halawat Store customer service team.
Conditions for Exchange or Return
To accept the request:
The product must be in its original condition
Unused and unopened
With the complete original packaging
Purchase invoice available
Return request must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the order
After this period, the right to request an exchange or return is forfeited.
Processing Time
The exchange or return process takes from 7 to 10 working days.
The refund will be processed within 3 to 7 working days after receiving the product and verifying its condition.
Differences
In case of choosing to exchange the product for another:
The price difference (if any) must be paid before completing the exchange process.
